Yaroslav Disyk

Yaroslav Disyk, age 82, born May 9, 1944, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

Yaroslav was the beloved husband of Yaroslava Disyk; loving father of Nataliya Disyk (Ivan), and Myroslava Cheren (Taras); dear grandfather of Vitaliy Disyk, Kira Cheren, and Ivasyk Khoma; and cherished brother of Hanna Zdebs'ka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family members in Ukraine.

A devoted family man, Yaroslav loved his family deeply. Prayer was an important part of his life, and he often prayed for others. He also treasured the walks he took with Camo, the family’s beloved German Shepherd and faithful companion.

Funeral Liturgy on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM at St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Church 7700 Hoertz Rd. Parma, OH 44134. Interment St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
