Vasyl Shvets, age 27, passed away on February 10, 2026, Born on January 18, 1999, and will be remembered for his kind heart, devotion to family, and the love he shared with those closest to him. Vasyl was the beloved fiancé of Liliya Kit; loving son of Roman and Vira Shvets; cherished brother of Halyna Shvets; and dear grandson of Nadia, Halyna, and Marian. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Parastas at 6:30 PM at Kozij-Lazuta Funeral Home 5677 State Rd. Parma, OH 44134. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 14 at 11:00 AM at St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Church 7700 Hoertz Rd. Parma, OH 44134. Inurnment will be private.
