THEODOSIJ LYSAK age 91, passed away December 26, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Kateryna (nee Zayac); loving father of Myroslav (deceased), Zenon (deceased) (Carol), Orest (Debra), Olga Hoag, Ihor (deceased) and Iryna Saintz (Michael); cherished grandfather of Charles Jr., Christina, Stephen (Christina), Joseph and Nicholas; dearest uncle of Mary Karn (Jack) and Ann Andruchiw.
