OLGA KOZAK (nee Blasco) age 99, passed away peacefully June 3, 2017. Beloved wife of Stanley (deceased); loving mother of Anthony (Ann Marie), Alex (Maryann) and Nancy; cherished grandmother of Allyson, Michael (Katie), Ryan (Amanda), Sarah Kaplan (Phil) and great-grandmother of Madelynn, Elena and Jack; dearest sister of the following deceased: Stella Brown, Mary Blasco and Chelsea Blasco.
