LEON BOROWEC age 93, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 12, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Kateryna (nee Szynklar); loving father of Helen Krist (Albert) and Ihor; cherished grandfather of Danea, Albert Jr., Joseph, Stacy and great-grandfather of Brandon Kelsea, Madeline, Joseph and Reagen.
Friends may call at THE KOLODIY-LAZUTA FUNERAL HOME, 5677 STATE RD., PARMA, FRIDAY 5-8 P.M. PARASTAS 7 P.M. Funeral Service Saturday, June 16 at St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral at 9:30 a.m. (PLEASE MEET AT CATHEDRAL). Entombment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery. The Borowec family suggests contributions in Leon’s name to St. Vladimir Cathedral.
