JOHN M. USYK age 54, passed away May 23, 2015. Loving father of Matteo, Vanessa and Tony (deceased) Santoli; dearest grandfather of Tabitha, Cynthia and Matteo; precious son of Lydia (nee Maslowa) and the late John (Ivan) Usyk; cherished brother of Leon (Wanda) and Nina Koly (Gary); beloved uncle of Josiah and Katrina Koly and Jack (Rose), Leon (L.J.) (Lauren) and Amanda; dear cousin and friend of many. Friends may call at THE KOLODIY-LAZUTA FUNERAL HOME, 5677 STATE RD., PARMA, THURSDAY 5-8 P.M. Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 29 at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
