JOHN JAGNISZCZAK age 86, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on September 13, 2016. Beloved husband of his late wife of 54 years, Kazimiera; dear father of Donna Rapacz (Jacek - deceased) and John; loving grandfather of Marianne Tokar (Nathan), Janet Rapacz and Steven; adoring great-grandpa to Anna Tokar; dearest brother of Walter (Genia) and the late Anna Danko (Michael - deceased) and two brothers (deceased); dear uncle and friend of many.

Prayers at the funeral home Saturday, September 17 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral at 10 a.m. Interment St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
