John F. Pawlak

JOHN F. PAWLAK age 57, passed away August 8, 2014. Beloved husband of Patricia; loving father of Jesse and Justin; dear brother of Victor (Mari Fritsche), Gloria, Christine (Tony) and Edward; beloved son of Edward and Jean (both deceased); loving uncle and great uncle of many; survived by his loyal companions "Jack" and "Shaggy". Mr. Pawlak was a lifelong florist and musician. In keeping with his wishes, his body has been donated to Case Medical School for ALS research.
