JOHN BACZYNSKY age 92, passed away May 2, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Natalia (nee Pukach); loving father of Tania Kosmos (Steven) and Stysia Reay (Timothy); cherished grandfather of Mark A. Kosmos (Brenda), Larissa Kosmos-Zunt (James), Alexander Reay and Mykhaylo Reay; great-grandfather of Monica, Natalie, Sofia and Alexander; dearest brother of the following deceased: Frania, Volodymyr, Mykhaylo, Helena and Omelian. Friends may call at THE KOLODIY-LAZUTA FUNERAL HOME, 5677 STATE RD., PARMA, MONDAY 5-8 P.M. PARASTAS 6:30 P.M. Prayer Service at the funeral home Tuesday, May 7 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Liturgy at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral at 10 a.m. Interment St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
