JAROSLAWA CHUDOBA (87) of Parma, OH passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Michael Chudoba. Loving mother of Wasyl (Bill) Kiwala (Donna), Anna Chudoba, and John Chudoba. Dear grandmother of Ashley Kiwala, Samuel Jackson, and Libby Jackson. Caring great-grandmother of Gianna and Gabriella. Cherished sister of Maria and Walter.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 4 PM – 8 PM (PARASTAS 5:30 PM) at Kolodiy-Lazuta Funeral Home 5677 State Rd. Parma, OH 44134. Funeral Service on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral. Interment St. Andrew Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations in memory of Jaroslawa’s to American Alzheimer’s Association www.act.alz.org/site/Donation
