EILEEN MARIE GABEL (nee BOEHNLEIN) (86) of Brunswick, OH passed away peacefully on Friday, January 5, 2024. Beloved wife of the late James Gabel. Loving mother of James Gabel (Teresa), Michael Gabel (Michelle) (deceased), Thomas Gabel (Laura), Laura Gilbert (Cal), and William Gabel (deceased). Dear grandmother of Cheri Brewer (Cary), William Gabel, Drew Christy (Harry), Steven Gabel, Scott Gabel (Lorena), Leo Gabel (Tonya), Kristin Hebb (Dan), Nichole Zolnowski (Joseph), and Ashley McEndree (Kyle). Caring great-grandmother of six great-grandchildren. Cherished sister of the late Richard Boehnlein.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 4 PM – 8 PM at Kolodiy-Lazuta Funeral Home 5677 State Rd. Parma, OH 44134. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church 4940 Broadview Rd. Cleveland, OH 44109. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
