Audrey Fedak

Audrey Fadak, age 77, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026. She was born on December 6, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Joseph Fadak and Sophie Marie Fadak.

Audrey was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness, faith, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family, her strong religious faith, and the warmth and compassion she shared with others throughout her life.

She was the loving sister of Gregory Fadak and his wife, Diane. Audrey was a cherished aunt to Mark Fadak and his wife, Sarah, and Rebecca Guenther and her husband, Tim. She is also survived by her devoted religious companion, Harold Zbiegien, whose friendship and companionship brought her much comfort and joy.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a Parastas at 6:00 p.m. at Kozij-Lazuta Funeral Home 5677 State Rd. Parma, OH 44134. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral 5720 State Rd. Parma, OH 44134 (Please meet directly at the church). Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Audrey’s memory to the American Cancer Society or to St. Joseph’s Cathedral.
