Adele Elizabeth Zubek

Adele Elizabeth Zubek Age 86, of Strongsville, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home in her favorite bed on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Beloved wife of 59 years to her late husband Anthony; dearest mother of Joe Zubek (Lynn); David Zubek (Monique), Angela Ristofski (Spiro), and Matthew Zubek (Julie); cherished Babci of Alex, Joey, Sean, Andrew, Vesna, Owen, Ryan, and Anthony (AJ). 

She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Thomas Kulacz, her mother Stephania (nee Trafidlo), her brother Marjan Kulacz, her daughter Judith Ann Zubek and loving grandson Chadwick Zubek. 

Adele graduated from St. John Cantius High School in 1957. She dabbled in many arts and crafts including sewing (making her family the same outfits and cabbage patch dolls), soldering, and floral design. 

She was an amazing Polish cook and culinary scientist. She even dreamed about cooking. She loved talking about recipes and teaching her children and grandchildren how to cook with strict cooking rules... altering her recipes is prohibited. Her faith was strong and she loved her St. Jude. He was with her throughout her life. A beautiful woman inside and out with a heart of gold. She will be dearly missed and will live in our hearts forever.

 A Celebration of Life Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 12700 Pearl Road, Strongsville, Ohio on Friday January 9, 2026 at 11:30 am.
